- An introduction to the key aspects of project management that are used throughout PRINCE2® - the 7 Principles,
- An introduction to the 7 management processes within PRINCE2®, each providing a particular emphasis throughout the project life cycle,
- An view of the PRINCE2® techniques and finally,
- An approach to how to implement PRINCE2® within your organization.
