100% success in PRINCE2 Foundation examination in Kathmandu, Nepal
A new country with the same success. Delegates representing the major organisations supporting and developing tourism in Nepal attended the Kennedy Ryder PRINCE2 course in November at the Dhokaima, Patan Dhoka, Kathmandu, Nepal. The delegates were well taken care of by the Dhokaima staff and the course very well organised by SNV. The course was attended by delegates from SNV Nepal, the Nepal Trust, Republica News and the Trekking Agents Association of Nepal.

1st August is Swiss national Day and celebrations are held across the country. Despite the distractions of the free open air music festival during the week the delegates worked hard for their success and then enjoyed the firework display in Geneva followed by another week of entertainment sited around Geneva. Kennedy Ryder FREE STUFF starts with free PRINCE2® software
This week, Kennedy Ryder opened up a new group of pages on its website where items relating to PRINCE2®, PMP®, CAPM®, CMMI® and ITIL® are to be found free of charge.
This is in response to delegates from our courses in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Hong Kong, Geneva, Zurich, Dublin, London and other UK cities. The first item is the free download of Project in a Box software and instructions of how to download that are included above.
Kennedy Ryder will be pleased to respond to suggestions of other free stuff related to our products and services in project management training and consultancy, CMMI training and assessments and ITIL IT Service Management training and consultancy as well as our interim manager services. Kennedy Ryder delivers PRINCE2® talk to British Computer Society (BCS)

In December Kennedy Ryder delivered a talk to the British Computer Society (BCS) Cheshire and North Wales Branch at the University of Chester. The talk covered the use of PRINCE2® in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs).
This talk on PRINCE2® was followed by two other talks on related project management topics. The first was 'People Skills and Project Management' by Karen Vickers of the British Oceanographic Data Centre and the second ‘Project Pitfalls: what makes projects fail’ by Helen Searle-Jones of Nice-Pak International. The talks were followed by a question and answer session that gave a lively debate.

WORLD HEATH ORGANIZATION (WHO) BENEFITS FROM KENNEDY RYDER TRAINING
The World Health Organization (WHO) or Organisation Mondiale de la Santè (OMS) is already reaping benefits from the recently completed Kennedy Ryder Essential Project Management Skills course. The 4-day course was held at the WHO Headquarters in Geneva and spread over two weeks to reduce the operational impact of staff away from their desks. The high level of enthusiasm for the course and its topics led to the implementation of changes in the WHO's approach to projects after the first two days of training and further improvements have followed. WCIT 2008 Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
Kennedy Ryder recently exhibited its PMP, PRINCE2 and CMMI training courses at WCIT 2008, held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. We teamed up with HT Consulting to represent Kennedy Ryder’s PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 and CMMI training courses during the exhibition that took place during WCIT 2008. A large variety of ICT related companies where present at the exhibition and delegates from all over the world attended. There was a hub of excitement as the exhibition received important guests such as the Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, the Royal King of Malaysia, the Crown Prince of Pahang and many other distinguished guests, ministers and diplomats.
