The first step to gaining the internationally recognized qualifications ladder the aims is for you to pass the ITIL® V3 Foundation Examination at the end of this Kennedy Ryder ITIL® V3 Foundation Course. The Kennedy Ryder ITIL® Foundation course is for those who need to act as a service manager, service delivery manager, project managers, IT team leader or team members who wish to act as an informed member of a project team operating in a ITIL® environment.
Delegates will sit a one-hour multiple-choice exam to test their understanding of the principles and terminology of the ITIL® framework. Success in the ITIL® Foundation examination leads to the award of an internationally recognized certificate.

FOUNDATION CERTIFICATE
During the ITIL® V3 Foundation course, delegates will learn the purpose and major content of the ITIL® Lifecycle; the ITIL® Principles and the ITIL® Processes. The foundation course also covers the purpose, goals and objectives of the areas that are encountered within the ITIL® framework.

Gaining a pass in the ITIL® Foundation examination is mandatory if you wish to take the next steps on the qualification scheme. However, for those who do not wish to progress further the Kennedy Ryder ITIL® V3 Foundation course can be taken as a standalone course and the internationally recognized certificate is awarded when you pass the ITIL® Foundation examination.
