Essential Project Management Skills Course
Module 3 – Problem reduction on your project
Based upon PRINCE2, PMI APM & CAPM PMBoK, and APM APMP Body of Knowledge best practice.
The third module in the course is directed to the skills and knowledge essential to develop techniques and administrative systems that will reduce the likelihood of the project failing. It is unlikely that any project will ever be problem free, but when the techniques taught on this module are employed on projects the number of problems falls and the projects are seen as successful.
This module draws from PRINCE2 Product Based Planning (PBP); and the PMI PMP & CAPM PMBoK and APM APMP techniques of estimating methods, Critical Path Analysis, project scheduling (including Gantt Charts and Resource Histograms).
Delegates will spend more than 50% of the day using the problem reduction techniques on a ‘live’ project. The trainer is on hand to offer help, advice and guidance on an individual basis.
Topics covered in the Problem reduction on your project Module are:-

All of the topics covered can be adapted and adjusted to reflect the methods of working within your organization.
